the Practice

I am accepting new clients! Feel free to call for an initial phone consultation, or to schedule an appointment. You may also schedule an appointment online on this page.

Clients

I work with adolescents and adults from all walks of life who are experiencing relationship issues, encountering life changes or transitions, and are having difficulty dealing with problems of stress or anxiety, unresolved trauma, or PTSD. I welcome those who are struggling with issues of trust, codependency, family conflict, low self-worth and spirituality, or that feel lost or overwhelmed in life.

Additionally, I work with individuals at all ages and from all backgrounds who are simply interested in past life regression & future progression hypnotherapy, are curious about the rhythms of life and want to develop spiritual awareness, are seeking insight into their current life and experiences, or would like to increase consciousness, compassion and perspective.

Approach

Through the always-unfolding creative process, I work with clients to collaboratively rekindle a sense of conscious wholeness. This is accomplished through resolving damaged or damaging belief structures, reframing perspective, growing a resilient sense of self, and moving towards powerful acceptance of self in community. My approach focuses on internal stabilization, shifting consciousness, and integrating life changes. I am informed by gestalt psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, and a compassionate perspective. With these perspectives as structure, hypnotherapy is used in tandem with the psychotherapeutic modalities of art therapy and sandtray therapy; all three approaches create powerful pathways for deep expression, reflection and conscious awareness, in turn supporting client's innate movement towards wholeness and healing.  I bring to my practice deep trust in the creative relationship and psyche’s innate endeavor to heal, with a strong clinical foundation in counseling, art therapy, sand tray therapy, and hypnosis.

Impact

The creative process is a powerful way to encounter and explore the Self, reconcile emotional conflicts, foster self-awareness, improve reality orientation, reduce anxiety, & increase self-esteem. The gestalt perspective allows clients to become aware of what they are doing & how they are doing it, supporting self-acceptance & the development of inner authority. Regression and progression therapy through hypnosis effectively bridges emotion, behavior and experience with tremendous perspective and transformative understanding. Hypnosis is a peaceful process which builds a direct line of communication with the subconscious, empowering the psyche to restore balance, health, wellbeing, self-esteem and confidence, enabling steadfast self-empowerment. Through these therapeutic approaches, used within our therapeutic relationship, you will participate in a restorative and sustainable process which supports compassionate, conscious embodiment and profound, emergent healing.
